Z Tech Computers aims to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read this policy carefully before availing of our services or making a purchase.

Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before service work begins. Once the service process has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed. Diagnostic fees, labor charges, and consultation fees are also non-refundable.

Products and Spare Parts

New and refurbished products, spare parts, and accessories once sold are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery.

Advance Payments

Advance payments may be adjusted against the final service bill. No cash refunds are provided for completed services or delivered products.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
